Have a question about our Coliving or Coworking spaces?
Who do I inform about my exact check-in date? Please update this on the app after booking confirmation or inform your hostel manager. We need to be informed at-least 7 days in advance so we can keep your room ready for you.
You will need your Aadhar card and phone to complete the entire check-in procedure. You will be required to sign a tenancy agreement and complete the necessary steps through the Tribe app.

interiors, study zones, work zones, living segregations, extra security and
reasonable hostel rules like 'no-guest' policy for safety and comfort.
CoLiving is designed for working professionals. This includes coworking spaces,
mature interiors, guest allowance, smoking/drinking zones and much more. The
environment is designed for networking and working. "
Yes. A deposit is charged for every booking. This is a contingency incase of damage or fines. The deposit is refunded within 45 working days after official check-out.

Tribe has various options ranging from one-shot payments to installment options to EMI payments using credit cards, debit cards or cardless EMI.
Tribe does not accept cash payments across all campuses.
Tribe staff is the best trained hospitality staff in India. Our teams are trained to handle any type of medical or safety emergency. Tribe has tie-ups with emergency and medical services across all campuses.
Tribe packages include unlimited veg and non-veg food in all meals. These are usually 4 course meals including a salad, starter, main course and dessert. See our Mamaliga Cafe/Food page.
We do not allow guests to the rooms for safety reasons. At some locations, we do allow friends into the campus at certain timings and to the cafe only. Please ask your hostel manager.
All Tribe campuses have a 24x7 manager on call.
Our packages range from 1 month to full term packages. Full term packages are typically 12 month packages with 30 days used for maintenance and preparation of the room for the new term.
Tribe does not refund any amount once a check-in is processed. Please look at the cancellation policy in the website footer.
All rooms are allotted as per the Tribe ERP system automatically.
Tribe revamps every room at the end of the year. The furniture sanitization, bedding refurbishment and deep cleaning processes are what this amount is charged for.
Tribe hostel packages are for fixed dates regardless of check-in or check-out.
We believe that the experience of having everything taken care of is unparallelled. Hence, all inclusions are a part of the Tribe package unless informed on email by our team.
Yes, like any hospitality chain, Tribe prices vary depending on occupancy and timing.
Yes, Tribe has a psychiatry team on call incase of mental health issues. You can enquire with your hostel manager.
No. We are a hospitality firm and this is your home. You are free to use this as you please as long as your are responsible.
Yes, we have a system in place for food and order deliveries.
We do not typically allow room changes. Although, this can be done in case of genuine issues with an extra charge and depending on availability. The call of the hostel manager is final.

No, Tribe is responsible for all residents safety and security on our campus only. Although, we are always there to help if required in all cases.

Tribe offers car and bike parking. At some locations, this may be at an additional cost. At some locations, this may be restricted.
No. We do not believe in restricting entries in your home.
We believe that students are more than capable of taking care of themselves. For the comfort of other residents we do not allow parents or any guest to come up to the rooms. Parents can view the room during the free hostel tour.
Yes. Your son/daughter will receive their hostel manager details after check-in confirmation. Please keep this number handy.
No. We believe in the privacy of our residents. You may check this with your son/daughter on their app.
